The ancient mystery school tradition has protected a method for establishing a clear channel, and for receiving accurate messages that are relevant to your personal development. It’s highly recommended to take Astral Travel prior to this class, but it’s not technically a requirement. We use the Sanctuary Meditation technique numerous times in this class you take you to your inner, unique and personal Sanctuary. Are you ready to discover your inner world?

How to Prepare:

Come dressed in comfortable clothes, and bring a notebook/paper and writing utensil to take notes on your experience. We will discuss the symbols your subconscious is using to communicate with you. Also, bring a water bottle if you like to stay hydrated!
