Meditation has been around for thousands of years. The Max Meditation System™ was developed for today’s busy, modern seeker and is based on a fusion of ancient Yogic techniques and Zen mind training mixed with modern psychological science and Neurolinguistic programming (NLP). Max Meditation maximizes the effectiveness of the time you invest in meditation so you get more benefit with less effort.

Developed by Dr. Gudni Gudnason when traveling around the world for the last 35 years exploring the phenomena of the mind and people, these ancient methods come directly from prominent teachers in India and Tibet. Dr. Gudnason has degrees in Psychology with concentrations in NLP. The meditation is delivered by Dorjee Wangchuk, who also has a degree in Psychology with a concentration in cross-cultural communication.

The Max Meditation™ System is comprised of five (5) components:
1) Relaxation
2) Passive meditation
3) Active meditation
4) Guided Visualization
5) Cooling down/Closing

How to Prepare:
Set yourself up for meditation in a quite, comfortable space where you won’t be interrupted. For practice, sit in a chair or on a bolster. Dress in comfortable clothes with a notebook/paper and writing utensil within reach to take notes on your experience.
Have with you in your meditation space any items (i.e. magickal tools, jewelry, crystals, etc.) you’d like to charge with the energy you’ll flow into your space through this practice.
